Attracting Outstanding Faculty Members

Attracting Outstanding Faculty (AOF), The program was developed to meet the following objectives:
• Attract and recruit talented mid-career or established faculty, of all ranks, with outstanding research profiles and achievements to join KFUPM in a faculty position.
• Retain faculty members at KFUPM with exceptional performance and meeting the eligibility criteria.
• Reinforce the impact of recently established Interdisciplinary Research Centers (IRCs) with AOF faculty that are affiliated to those centers.
• Strengthen the outreach of the AOF faculty to the industry with his/her previous international expertise.
• Provide other benefits for Researchers, Assistant Professors, and Professors.
